What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are completed within 1–2 business days after artwork approval and garment availability confirmation. Turnaround times may vary depending on order size and production workload.
Do you offer urgent orders?
Yes. Urgent orders may be possible depending on production workload, garment availability and artwork approval times.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We offer no minimum order quantities across most of our services.
Can I order a single item?
Yes. We offer one-off prints and sample orders across most services.
Can I reorder previous jobs easily?
Yes. We keep previous artwork and production records where possible to help simplify repeat orders.
Artwork & Setup
What file formats do you accept?
Preferred formats include svg, pdf, ai, eps, cdr, png, jpg, gif and heic. Vector files are recommended for the best print quality.
Do you provide artwork proofs?
Yes. Digital artwork proofs are provided before production for approval.
Do you charge setup fees?
Simple artwork setups are included at no additional cost. Complex artwork adjustments or redraws may incur artwork charges.
Can you help fix low-resolution artwork?
In many cases, yes. Additional artwork charges may apply depending on the complexity of the file.
Do you check artwork before printing?
Yes. All artwork is reviewed before production and we will contact you if there are any concerns regarding print quality or file setup.
Printing Services
What printing methods do you offer?
We currently offer DTF Transfers, DTF Printing and DTG Printing.
What is the difference between DTF and DTG printing?
DTF is suitable for vibrant prints across a wide range of garments and fabrics, while DTG is best suited for detailed prints on cotton garments with a softer finish.
Do you provide blank DTF transfers only?
Yes. We offer ready-to-press DTF transfers for customers who already have their own heat pressing setup.
Do you print on customer supplied garments?
Yes. Customer supplied garments are welcome. Garments must be suitable for printing and in new, unworn condition.
What print sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of print placements including left chest, full front, full back and oversized prints depending on the garment and artwork requirements.
Garments & Quality
Do you supply garments as well?
Yes. We supply a wide range of apparel including tees, hoodies, workwear and more.
What brands do you print on?
We regularly print on AS Colour, Gildan, American Apparel and many other garment brands.
Will print colours match exactly?
We aim to achieve the closest possible colour match, however slight variations may occur depending on garment type, fabric and printing method.
Are your prints durable?
Yes. Our prints are designed for strong durability and wash performance when care instructions are followed correctly.
How should printed garments be washed?
We recommend cold washing garments inside out, avoiding tumble drying and not ironing directly over prints.
Shipping & Trade
Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes. We ship Australia wide using trusted courier and postal services.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes. Blind shipping is available for trade customers and resellers.
Can I pick up my order?
Pickup may be available from our Melbourne location by appointment.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. Trade pricing is available for print shops, promotional companies, clothing brands and resellers.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted based on order size, location and delivery speed required.
