These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with CA Print. By purchasing from our website or by email, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General

CA Print provides custom garment printing and related services. Every order is produced individually, and slight variations may occur based on garment type, fabric texture, and printing method.

We may update these terms at any time. The version displayed on the website at the time of your order will apply.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. GST is calculated at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before printing begins unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

If a pricing error occurs due to a listing or system issue, we will contact you before processing the order. You may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel the order.

Artwork Ownership and Rights

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to use and reproduce it.

CA Print is not responsible for copyright infringement arising from artwork supplied by customers. All legal responsibility for artwork usage remains with the customer.

Artwork Handling

We prepare artwork for print at no additional cost. This includes alignment, sizing, basic clean-up, and making the file print-ready.

If a file cannot be prepared due to extremely low quality or missing components, we may request an alternative file from you before printing proceeds.

Order Processing

Once payment is received and artwork is confirmed, the order enters the production queue.
Changes to your order (design, garment, quantity, placement, colours, etc.) cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Approvals

Certain orders may require digital approval before printing. If approval is requested and you confirm the proof, we will print exactly as approved.

We are not responsible for errors present in artwork that has been approved by the customer.

Website Information

We make every effort to ensure product images, colours, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.
Actual garment colours may differ slightly due to fabric variations, dye batches, and screen displays.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as missed deadlines, loss of income, or damages arising from the use of printed garments.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate delivery details
• Supplying artwork they have rights to use
• Reviewing proofs carefully before approval
• Confirming garment sizes, colours, and quantities before ordering

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
