Shipping and Delivery Policy

All orders are produced and dispatched from Melbourne. We aim to keep the process clear, fast, and reliable from start to finish.

Processing Times

Most orders are prepared and shipped on the same day or the next business day, depending on workload and garment availability. If any additional time is required, we will notify you before printing begins.

Customer-supplied garments may need extra handling time.

Delivery Options

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services. Available options include:

  • Standard Delivery
    • Express Delivery
    • Priority courier services on request

Delivery times depend on your location and the method selected. Express delivery is commonly 1–2 business days within Australia.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method. Any active free-shipping offers will appear automatically.

Pickup and Drop-Off

Our production setup does not accept walk-ins. If your order requires drop-off or pickup, we will provide the approved collection point and confirm the timing with you beforehand.

Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

Transit Delays

Once an order is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control. Weather, routing, and operational delays from the carrier may affect delivery dates.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is lost or damaged during transit, contact us immediately. We will open an enquiry with the carrier. Replacement or compensation will depend on the carrier’s final investigation.

Customer-Supplied Garments in Transit

If you are sending garments to us:

  • Please pack them securely.
    • We are not responsible for garments lost or damaged while being shipped to us.
    • We cannot replace customer-supplied garments affected by courier issues.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. If the parcel is returned to us, redelivery charges will apply.
