What are DTF gang sheets?
A gang sheet is one large sheet of DTF film with a lot of designs printed on it in one go. You're buying film by the sheet rather than paying per transfer, which is why packing it tightly is the whole point. More designs on the sheet, less each one costs you.
We print your artwork in full colour over a white underbase, dust it with adhesive powder and cure it. What lands on your bench is ready to cut out and press. Small chest logos go on by the dozen. A big back print takes a lot more room, obviously.
Nearly everyone who orders gang sheets from us already runs a press and buys their own blanks. We supply the film. The pressing, and the customer, stay with you.

Fill a sheet with small logos and the cost per print drops right down. Fill it with two big back prints and it doesn't. It's your layout, so it's your call.
One sheet is a real order
No minimums, no setup fee. Test a design on one sheet, and if it sells, come back for twenty.
It leaves the same day
Eligible orders go out the day you place them. If you're in Melbourne you can skip the courier and collect, usually the day after.
They hold up in the wash
Solid white underbase, dense colour, soft on the garment. Press them at the right temperature and time and they stay put.
We check the file first
Every file gets a look before it's printed. If it's low-res or the wrong size, you'll hear from us before the press does. We'd rather send an email than a bad sheet.
Your customer stays yours
No branding on the transfers and no contact with your client. The sheet turns up, you press it, they never know we exist.
How an order goes
From file to press, most days.
Send the artwork
Lay it out in the online builder, or upload a sheet you've already nested. A transparent PNG at 300 DPI gives us the least to fix.
We look at it
Resolution, size, anything odd. If there's a problem we get in touch before printing.
We print and cure it
Full colour with a white underbase on 58cm or 88cm film, powdered and cured, ready for the press.
It ships or you collect
Eligible orders leave the same day, anywhere in Australia. Melbourne pickup is usually ready the next day.
Press a few before you order
The sample pack is free. Run them through your press and your washing machine and see for yourself.
Questions we get about gang sheets
How many designs fit on one sheet?
It depends on how big each one is and how tightly you pack them. Small chest logos go in by the dozen. A full back print takes up a lot more of the sheet. The builder shows the sheet filling up as you add things, so you can see it before you pay.
What sizes do you print?
Film is 58cm or 88cm wide. Uploaded sheets run from 100cm to 500cm long in one metre steps. In the builder you arrange the layout on the sheet yourself.
How is a gang sheet priced?
By the sheet, not per design. The price depends on the width and length you choose and it's shown live on the product page. Pack the sheet tight and your cost per design falls.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One sheet is a normal order for us.
What files do you accept?
PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, JPG or PSD, up to 500MB. Send it at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed, with a transparent background if you can. A flattened transparent PNG is the one that causes the fewest problems.
Do you check the artwork before printing?
Yes, every file. If it's low resolution or the wrong size we'll contact you rather than print it and hope.
How fast is dispatch?
Same day on eligible orders, shipped anywhere in Australia. Melbourne customers can collect, usually the day after ordering.
How do I press them?
Cut the design out, position it on the blank, press, peel. Temperature, time and peel type are on the product page. New to DTF? Order the sample pack and do a few test presses before you run a job.
