Transfer sheets or a gang sheet, which suits the job
If you have a handful of designs or want the same logo in several sizes, a gang sheet is cheaper per print. If you need one design at one size, order a transfer sheet. Shipping to your Sydney postcode is calculated at checkout.
Gang Sheet - Builder
Lay your designs out online on 58cm or 88cm film and pay by the length. The cheapest way to buy when you have more than a couple of designs.

Run DTF jobs in Sydney without running the printer
Most Sydney print shops and clothing brands that look into DTF printing hit the same wall. The printer, powder shaker and curing oven cost more than the work justifies. The white ink needs the machine running most days or it clogs. And the suppliers that will print for you want a minimum run that is bigger than the order you are quoting.
Ordering the transfers instead removes all of that. You keep the heat press, we keep the printer. A single A5 sheet is a normal order. So is five metres of 88cm gang sheet for a club kit. The film arrives printed, powdered and cured, and you press it the same way you would press any transfer, 150 to 160°C for 10 to 15 seconds, cool, peel.
We do DTF printing for Sydney customers every week and ship it from Melbourne, along with the rest of New South Wales. Print shops in Parramatta and Western Sydney, clothing brands in the Inner West, uniform and workwear suppliers, and businesses out to Wollongong, the Central Coast and Newcastle. If you decorate garments for customers and already own a heat press, this page is for you. If you want finished printed shirts rather than the transfers, use the Shop Apparel link in the menu instead.
Sheet sizes and pricing are on the custom DTF transfers page. Widths, lengths and the online builder are explained on the DTF gang sheets page.
Why Sydney shops get their DTF printing done with us
Quote the small jobs
No minimum and no setup fee means a five-shirt order for a cafe or a sports team is worth doing. Order five transfers, press five shirts, invoice.
Pay for film, not per design
A gang sheet is priced by length. Fill an 88cm wide sheet with logos, names and numbers and the cost of each print drops a long way below a single sheet.
Photos and gradients at the same price as a logo
DTF prints whatever is in the file. A full-colour photo costs the same per sheet as a one-colour logo, and there is nothing to weed afterwards.
Out the door the day you order
Eligible orders are printed and handed to the courier the same day. Pick Express or StarTrack at checkout when a Sydney customer is waiting.
Problems found before printing, not after
Someone opens every file before it goes on the printer. Low resolution, wrong size or a hidden white background gets an email, not a parcel of unusable film.
Unbranded, so the work is yours
No CA Print name on the film or the packaging. Your customer sees your print, your brand and your invoice.
From your file to a pressed garment in four steps
Each step carries the tip that avoids the most common mistake.
Prepare the artwork
Save a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the exact size you want on the garment. Check the edges. Stray white pixels print as white, because the underbase prints behind everything in the file.
Order a sheet or build a gang sheet
For one design, order a transfer sheet in the nearest size. For several, open the builder, choose 58cm or 88cm, and drop the designs in with about 1cm between them for cutting.
We print and dispatch
Colour and white underbase onto film, adhesive powder melted in, checked, packed, and handed to the courier you chose. Tracking is sent when it leaves.
Press, cool, peel
Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to flatten it and remove moisture. Press the transfer at 150 to 160°C for 10 to 15 seconds, wait until the film is cool, peel, and give it a short second press with a cover sheet.
See how it presses on your own stock before you commit
The sample pack is free. Press it on the garments you actually sell, wash it, then order.
What Sydney customers ask before they order
How long does it take to get DTF transfers to Sydney?
Eligible orders leave Melbourne the day they are placed. After that it depends on the service you pick at checkout. Australia Post Express and StarTrack are the fastest, Parcel Post is the cheapest. The checkout lists the services available for your postcode.
What does shipping to Sydney cost?
It is based on your postcode and the weight of the order, and the exact price for each courier is shown at checkout before you pay. A couple of A4 sheets costs very little to send. A long gang sheet weighs more.
Do you have a Sydney shop I can collect from?
No. We print in Broadmeadows, Melbourne, and deliver to the address you enter at checkout.
Can I order a single transfer to show a client?
Yes. One A5 or A4 sheet is a normal order with no setup fee. Many Sydney shops order one sheet to approve a design, then come back for the run.
Which film width should I pick for a gang sheet?
58cm suits a mix of chest logos and small designs. 88cm fits two full back prints side by side, or a whole team's names and numbers on one sheet. The builder shows how your designs fit before you pay.
Will the prints crack or peel?
Pressed at the right temperature, time and pressure, with a cool peel and a second press, DTF transfers hold up to normal washing. Most failures come from peeling the film while it is still warm or pressing too lightly. The free sample pack lets you test on your own garments first.
Do you ship to Wollongong, the Central Coast and Newcastle?
Yes. Enter your postcode at checkout and the available services and prices come up.
Is there wholesale pricing for Sydney print shops?
Yes. Apply for a trade account and we set pricing based on your order volume.
