Refunds, Reprints and Returns Policy

Custom-printed items are created specifically for each order, so our refund and return guidelines differ from standard retail products. We aim to be clear, fair and straightforward with how issues are handled.

Custom Printed Items

All custom-printed items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference-based reasons.

When We Will Reprint or Refund

We will reprint or refund your order if:

  • The print is significantly different from the approved artwork
    • The print quality has a clear fault caused during production
    • A garment supplied by us is faulty before printing

If a reprint is required, it will be produced at no cost.

Reporting an Issue

If there is any problem with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it.
Include your order number and clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

Customer-Supplied Garments

If you provide your own garments:

  • Printing is done at the customer’s own risk
    • We cannot replace or refund garments not supplied by us
    • Fabric behaviour, shrinkage, dye reactions or prior wear may affect print results
    • If a print error occurs, we can reprint the design — but a new garment must be supplied by the customer

Colour Variations

Colours can vary slightly between screens, proofs and the final print due to differences in fabric, lighting and the printing process.
Minor variations are normal and not considered a fault.

Artwork and File Handling

We prepare and adjust artwork for print at no additional cost. This includes basic clean-up, sizing, alignment and making the file print-ready.

If a file is extremely low quality and cannot be prepared for print, we will contact you before proceeding.
Printing will not continue unless we are confident the final result will be acceptable.

We do not charge setup fees for preparing your artwork.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot refund or replace the order.
If the parcel is returned to us, redelivery charges will apply.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
If printing has not yet begun, cancellation may be possible and will be assessed case by case.
